He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Payne and Patsy G. Payne (Bagley); and his grandson Keegan RayLee Payne. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda G. Payne; his children, Lisa Williams (Monte) of Damascus, Arkansas. and Jesse Lee Payne (Lindsey) of Damascus, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Morgan, Dalton, Cameron, Arryonna, Braxton Williams, Kohan and Kzyer Payne; and his siblings, Lewis, Ronnie Payne and Shirley Daniels.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Roller-McNutt Funeral Home for the burial.
