He was predeceased by: his parents, Len Everette Blaylock and Melba Winona Blaylock (Wright); his wife Vickie Lynn Blaylock (Kirkland); and his brother David Blaylock. He is survived by: his children, Nathan Blaylock of Greenbrier, Heather Aich (Josh) of Greenbrier and Heath Beaty; his grandchildren, Caleb, Aubrie and Karlee; and his siblings, Len Blaylock (Luanne) of Maumelle, Melvin Blaylock (Mary) of London, Arkansas and Betty Freeze (Mike) of Little Rock.
