She was predeceased by: her parents, Erna Collier and Virginia Collier (Biscamp); her husband Tony Bailey; her grandmother Bertha Jordan; and her sister Brenda Collier.
She is survived by: her children, Erna Rash (Heather), Virginia Riley, Robert Rash (Debbie) and Allen Bailey (Hayley); and her siblings, Johnny Collier (Becky), Sheila Rash (Thomas Paul) and Melissa Phifer (Joe). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
