He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. McGinty and Louise McGinty; and his brother-in-law James Holloway. He is survived by: his son Jason McGinty (Dana) of Morrilton; his grandchildren, Haven, Samuel, Corbie and Aubrey; his sister Mary Holloway of McGintytown; and his nieces, Christy Brown (Doug) of McGintytown, Melissa Bell (Evan) of Conway and Shelly McNeil (Rance) of Greenbrier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
