He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzil J. Drewry and Billie Jean England Epley (England); and his stepfather Gene Epley. He is survived by: his son Dustin Wayne Testerman; his brothers, Billy Ray Drewry (Martha) of Mountain Home, Kent Epley of Green Forest and Donald Gene Epley (Robyn) of Green Forest; his uncles, Coy England (Charlotte) of Marshall and W. M. England (Melita) of Marshall; his aunt Melveda England of Marshall; and his nieces and nephews, Kayton Epley Davis, Bethany Dawn Lutat, Rebecca Jean Epley, David Drewry, Curt Drewry and Daniel Epley.
