He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen B. Fultz and Jennie Fultz (Davis); his son Brian Scott Fultz; his grandson Jeremy Bonham; and his siblings, Roy Fultz of Floyd Fultz, C. B, Dean Fultz, Catherine Fultz, Helen Hammons, Opal Grooms, Gladys Humphries, Ruth Collins and Georgia Ewing.
He is survived by: his spouse Mable Ruth Fultz (Morris); his daughters, Joyce Fultz (Gene) of Green Forest, Connie Kleffman (Tim) of Green Forest, Marilyn Bonham (Kenny) of Green Forest and Barbara Carter (Rick) of Harrison; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Fultz of Green Forest, Iva Fultz of Alpena, Gertie Fultz of Red Bluff, California, Shirley Morris of Alpena, Lewis Morris of Alpena, Billy Morris of Alpena and Zane Wall of Green Forest; and his grandchildren, Chris Fultz, Kyle Kleffman, Troy Carter, Jennifer Fultz, Caroline Russell, Lindsay Turner, Tabetha Cyr, Tonya Paluh and Trista Raines. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
