He is survived by: his parents, Michael Cisco and Donna Cisco (Davis) of Green Forest; his wife Laura Walker Cisco; his children, Alexandria Dawn Avery (Andrew) of St. Louis, Elizabeth Rose Hausman (Fred) of Jonesboro, Bonnie Lee Hausman (Randall) of Arkansas, Owen Thomas Cisco of Green Forest and Samuel John Hausman of Green Forest; his grandson Kelley Smith of Jonesboro; his siblings, Michael Cisco Jr. (Lesley) of Berryville and Jennifer Gail Grizzle (Dink) of Green Forest; his grandmother Loretta Davis of Berryville; his mother-in-law Rosalie Walker of Green Forest; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Walker (Regenia) of Green Forest, Bobby Macom (Jamie) of Cherokee Village and Agnes D. Parlocha. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
