She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Webster and Alice Webster; and her brothers, Douglas Born of Ore City, TX and Bobby Boen of Cal, NM.. She is survived by: her husband Frankie Powell; her children, Gina McCartney, Delita Tucker, Alan Jones, Linda Powell Hanks, Tracy and Rusty; and her siblings, Clifton, Patty, Wesley, Anita, Barbara Brittain of Odessa, TX, Wayne, Marsha, Jo Pilcher of Jal, NM, James and Cindy. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
