He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Wade (Rudd); his son Adam Wade (Casey); and his siblings, Rocky Wade, Ricky Wade, Ronnie Wade, Randy Wade, Beverly Deo, Patricia Wade and Donna Wade. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and his brothers and sisters.
