She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Blinn of Norfolk and Sally S. Davis of Lindreth; and her adoptive father Guy Eugene Tranbarger of Green Forest, Arkansas.. She is survived by: her daughters, Virginia Lynn Altstatt (Rusty) of Alpena and Carol Danlyn "Dani" Burkett (Daniel) of Green Forest, Arkansas.; her grandsons, Brennin Tranbarger, Christopher Altstatt, Jackson Burkett and Oliver Burkett; her brothers, Daniel Leon Tranbarger (Selina) of Corpus Christi and Charles Wally Blinn of Norfolk, Virginia.; and her niece Tessa Tranbarger of Corpus Christi, Texas..
