She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred McKenzie and Dorothy McKenzie; her close friend Ronald Deertz; her daughter Elaine Deertz; her grandsons, Eddie Deertz and Zoey Deertz; her siblings, Pammy Fortman, Butch Jr. McKenzie and Jackie Lee McKenzie; and her brother-in-law Brad Cummings.
She is survived by: her stooges, Charles Deertz, Dawn McCoy and Jack Deertz (Heidi Deertz) of Green Forest; her grandchildren, Nathan Deertz (Heather), Jessi Deertz (Nikkoli Williams), Fredrick Deertz (Sydnee Brockman) and Leyton Deertz (Betsy Deertz); her great grandchildren, Spencer, Acelyn, Kadee, Jace, Ivee, Dawson, Harper, Hoxley and Frederick; and her siblings, Lonna, Terry, Kay and Larry. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.
