She was predeceased by: her daughter Debbie Foster; her parents, Ruby Frazier and Everett Frazier; and her brothers, Charles Allen and Jack Frazier.
She is survived by: her sons, Don Foster (Barbara) and David Foster (Susan); her grandchildren, Olivia Foster and Audrey Foster; and her sister-in-law Pat Foster. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
