He was predeceased by: his parents, Amon Newberry and Goldie Newberry (Griffith); his siblings, Wilma Culp and Wilson Newberry; his brothers-in-law, Billy Culp and Jim Roe; his nephew Danny Newberry; his niece Jimmie Lou Roe; his great-niece Holly Sivi; and his great-nephew Bryant Culp.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Tammy McCance (Regina Roe Chism) of Green Forest and Lindon Newberry (Ashley) of Nixa Missouri; his pet Sassy; his grandchildren, Colton McCance of New York City, Claire and Emmy Newberry of Nixa; his sisters, Joyce Whitley (Kenny) of Green Forest and Louetta Roe of Harrison; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Newberry of Green Forest.
