He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carroll, Virginia Clark, James and Ruth Worrall; and his uncles, Terry "Doubles" Clark and Ronald Worrall.
He is survived by: his mother Rhonda Worrall (Clark) of Green Forest; his significant other Kayla Worrall of Green Forest; his children, Kylee, Brantley, Ava and Jordon Worrall of Berryville; his sister Krystal Parton (Bradley) of Berryville; his uncle Rick Clark (Julie) of Berryville; and his aunt Pamela Robinson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-uncles and aunts, other relatives and many friends.
