He was predeceased by: his mother Fern; and his sister Jeanette. He is survived by: his wife Kathy White; his sons, AJ and Zach White; his sister Jeannie Young; and his stepdaughters, Erin White and Stephanie Keck. He is also survived by six grandchildren, twelve nephews, and five nieces.
