He was predeceased by: his father Jack P. Lee; and his brother Tommy Lee. He is survived by: his mother Vergie C. Lee of Clem, Mississippi.; his wife Judy S. Lee; his children, Joe E. Blackmon (Sheila), Jaclyn Lee Rogers (Bernie) and Nikki Lee Hallman (Mitch); and his grandchildren, Cheyan Smith, Dakota Smith, Laken Smith, Madlyn Rogers and Caroline Rogers. He is also survived by best friend type relationships with his children and grandchildren.
