He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Powell and Valence Powell (Dodson); and his grandparents, Jessie, Una Powell, James and Victoria Dodson.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Blann of Little Rock; his sister Tori Dale (Larry) of Harrison; and his nephews, Powell McKinney of Bentonville and Todd McKinney of Siloam Springs, Arkansas..
