He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorrance and Vonda. He is survived by: his wife Mia Richardson; his children, Steven, Tommy of Andover, KS, Brent of Alpena, AR, Marvin of Andover, KS and Wendy of Green Forest; and his siblings, Dave, Greg, Cristy, Kayla and Marla. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
