He was predeceased by: his parent F. L. Maynard. He is survived by: his mother Nada L. Maynard (Turney) of Indianapolis; his wife Suzette (Jackson); his stepdaughter Becky of Arkansas; his granddaughters, Phoebe, Hanna and Harper; his sisters, Brenda Frain (John) of Indianapolis and Sandy Lenard (Gary) of Indianapolis; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Parker of Harrison and Faye Marshall of Harrison. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
