He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur A. Koch and Grace Koch (Moppin). He is survived by: his children, Sharon Cash (Kevin) of Fort Mohave, Arizona and James Coursey (Johanna) of Rogers Arkansas; and his friend Lucy Koch of Rogers, Arkansas. He is also survived by 6 granddaughters, five grandsons, one great-granddaughter, many nieces and nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends.
