He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Bert and Norma Smith (Clinkenbeard). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Smith; his daughters, Shelia Rae Smith of Green Forest and Alicia Lane Smith of DeQueen, AR; his siblings, Billy Smith and Judy Smith; and his nephew Shannon Smith of Shell Knob.
