She was predeceased by: her mother Leslie Jeanette Douglas (McCormick); and her grandparents, Virgil, Cliffie Douglas, Lester and Pauline McCormick.
She is survived by: her father Lowell Gene Douglas; her mother-in-law Kathy of Blue Springs; her siblings, Michael Douglas of Kansas City and Tippy Young (Kyle) of Bates City; her daughter Jasmine Douglas of Springfield; and her uncle Von Douglas of Littleton.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rule Cemetery (103 US-62, Green Forest, AR 72638).
