She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Ewing Puryear and Alice Marie Reese Puryear; her husband Myron M. Ramey; her siblings, Jack Lee Puryear, John Henry Puryear and Maxine Puryear; and her daughter-in-law Sharon K. Ramey.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny M. Ramey of Gravette, AR, Kenneth C. Ramey (Susan) of Thousand Oaks, CA and Kathern Marie Phelps (Neal) of Gravette, AR; and her siblings, Bill Puryear (Barbara) of Hiwasse, AR and Barbara Jo Kirkpatrick (Cliff) of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
