It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Geraldine Queen-Simpson of Gravette, Arkansas, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamie Elizabeth (Elsea) and Robert Lee Reese; her siblings, Juanita and Robert Jr.; her former husband John M. Queen Jr.; and her son John M. Queen III.
She is survived by: her husband James Simpson; her sisters, Dorthey Allen (Gravette) and Betty Sluik (Avoca); her children, Michael Queen Sr. (Monika) and Jacquelyn Queen; her daughter-in-law Helga Queen of Gravette; her grandchildren, Michael Queen Jr. (Ellen) of Bentonville, Radiance Beltz of Little Rock and Janet Henningsen (Brett) of Hominy, OK; her great grandchildren, Garek Wadkins of Texarkana and Connor Wadkins of Ada, OK; and her great great grandchild Rozalin Queen Wadkins of Texarkana.
