He was predeceased by: his father Panfilo Martinez Jr.; his grandparents, Panfilo Martinez, Sr., Concepcion and Secundino Guerrero; his parents-in-law, James Pruitt and Joyce Pruitt; and his sister-in-law Cindy Rankin.

He is survived by: his mother Joaquina Guerrero Martinez of Maysville; his wife Carla; his son Justin (Miranda); his grandson Case Orlando; his siblings, Anita Scates-Maysvillo, Irene Webster (Randy) of Linden Texas, Noelia Thomas of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Jaime Martinez (Charlene) of Longview, Lehn Charles Martinez of Maysville and Joe Martinez (Michelle) of Hiwasse; his brother-in-law James Rankin of Gentry; and his close friends, Dale and Beverly Harris. He is also survived by grand-nieces and nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at Grand Savings Bank to be utilized to help people or organizations in need in our direct community to honor Orlando.
