He is survived by: his mother Patty Smith of Gravette; his children, Adam Smith (Racheal) of Centerton, Dillon Smith (Savannah) of Russellville, Samantha Smith of Russellville and Ashley Hicks of Granby, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kaden, Karson Smith, Emma Taylor, Stella, Madilyn Smith, McKinley and Noah Grant; and his siblings, Kristy Smith and Bub Smith.
