He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Fletcher and Dorthy Fletcher; his wife Betty Fletcher; his daughter Kay Morgan; his son-in-law Jim Morgan; his grandson-in-law Bobby Foster; and his brothers, Don Fletcher and Doyle Fletcher.
He is survived by: his children, Joe Fletcher (Pam) of Hiwasse, Lisa Riggins (Mike) of Gravette Ark and Rae Jean Smith (Gale). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (2258 Forest Hills Blvd, Bella Vista, AR 72715). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery (13455 N Mt Pleasant Rd, Gravette, AR 72736).
