She is survived by: her children, Dearl (Jerricia Peachee) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Tammy (Leonard Meek) of Decatur, Arkansas; and her siblings, Carl Smith of Tennessee, Larry Smith of Indiana, Vernon Smith of Ohio and Mildred Smith of Ohio. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
