He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hensley and Alva Hensley; and his sister Jo Ruth Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Billie Lou; his sister Nancy Hensley of Marshall, Arkansas; his nieces and nephews, Doug Hensley (Tammy) of Lubbock, Texas, Becky Hickey (Joe) of Mount Vernon, Missouri, Julie Peer (Alan) of Aubrey, Texas, Nancy Wallace (Mike) of Sapulpa, Oklahoma and Dorian Leonard (Kent Leonard) of Gravette; and his grandchildren, Kendra McDonnold, Joey Lann, Jennifer Ash, Nicole Peer, Eric Peer, Hayden Hensley, Lauren Leonard, Cole Leonard, Kerrigan Hensley and Andrew Hickey. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
