She is survived by: her son Michael Moon Jr. (Alisha) of Gravette; her brother Gary Regnary of Perth, Kansas; her sister-in-law Jeanie Hawk of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Reagan Moon, Rebekah Hurd and Tabitha Hurd; and her great grandchildren, Caison and Carson.
