He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wheeldon and Edna Wheeldon; his son Joseph Keith Wheeldon; his siblings, Carol and Freddy; his grandmother Myrtle Wigger; and his sister-in-law Iva Fletcher.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Wheeldon of Gravette; and his siblings, Vivian, Shirley, Sheila of Missouri, Irvin and Steve of Omaha Nebraska. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
