He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzy Lee Webb and Ida Lou Webb (Leary); his wife Linda Jean Webb (Coleman); and his brothers, John Webb, David Webb and Joe Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Newbill (Preston) of Gravette, Arkansas and Blake Webb of Highfill, Arkansas; his grandson Nick Newbill of Johnson, Arkansas; and his siblings, Lavon Torix of Decatur, Arkansas, Frank Webb of Decatur and Kenny Webb of Gravette, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
