She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Starkey and Stella Meeks Starkey; her husband Loyd Partain; her brother Wayne Starkey; her children, Jason Partain and Tammie Nichols; her grandchildren, Michael Nichols, Jessy Nichols, Sarah Stockdale and Benjamin Nichols; her siblings, Sheila Starkey and Harold Starkey (Paula); and her nieces, Channon Gibson and Shaunel Brown.
