He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wise of Florida and Erlene Philpott of Decatur, AR.. He is survived by: his siblings, Bradley Wise of Centerton, AR, Phillip Philpott of Conway, AR and Tammy Johnston of Springdale, AR. He is also survived by two children; five granddaughters; one nephew; and three nieces.
