He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Guy and Mary Guy; and his brothers, Wilfred Guy (Bill), John Guy (Jackie), David Guy and Richard Guy (Ricky).
He is survived by: his wife Anne Patricelli Guy; and his children, Vicki Guy Blanchard, Keith Guy and Dennis C. Guy. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
