He was predeceased by: his son William; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his son Johnny Lee; his siblings, Polly Barrett, Angie Hamilton and Jerry Hamilton; and his close friend Tim Craig. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
