She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McClaflin and Alma Mathes McClaflin; her granddaughter Madison Christy (Pumpkin); and her brother Bob McClaflin. She is survived by: her husband Walter Nelson; her daughters, Shaunna Christy (Rick Brunson) and Kylah Nelson; and her grandchildren, Jayanna Young (Poot), Zaylen Nelson (Shooting Star), Savanna Duron (Nanners) and Teegan Nelson (Ears).
