He is survived by: his wife Sallie H. Baker; his sons, Charles Scott Hopkins (Sharon) and Byron Keith Hopkins; his sister Lavern Kelly of Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Marveline Baker; his grandsons, Matthew Todd Pruitt, CJ Hopkins and Holland Elizabeth Hopkins; and his close friends, Butch and Carolyn Kelley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his church family.
