With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Zarate (Grannis, Arkansas), who passed away on October 9, 2018 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cayetano Arellano and Catalina Zarate; her son Samuel Zarate; her grandson Jose Luis; and her siblings, Alfredo Zarate and Antonina Zarate.
She is survived by: her pet Christian; and her children, Juana Meza (Elias) of Grannis, Rosalia Evans (Robert) of Wickes, Virginia McCarley (Roger) of Gillham, Leticia Bennett (Robert) of Grannis, Cristina Estrada (Pedro) of Nashville, Faviola Zarate, Daniel Rodriquez (Mayra) of Little Rock, Juan Carlos Zarate (Little Rock), Victor Zarate and Jhanel Wilson of Grannis. She is also survived by brother, a sister, 28 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
