It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Jones of Grannis, Arkansas, who passed away on December 7, 2021, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Obie Othea Jones; her parents, Paul Loyd and Rachel Loyd; her siblings, A. P. Loyd, Paul Loyd, Freddie Loyd and Violet Baker (Wylie); and her grandchildren, Rachel Sparks and Andrew Walker.
She is survived by: her brother Leon Loyd of Wickes, Arkansas; her children, Joyce Sparks (Wayne) of Grannis, Arkansas, Mary Sparks (Jimmy) of Grannis, Arkansas, Alice Walker (Sammy) of Grannis, Arkansas, Sheila Bagley of Grannis, Arkansas and Larry Jones of Waco, Texas; and her grandchildren, Jason Sparks (Brandy), John Sparks (Denise), Nathan Sparks, DeAnn Tollett (Tony), Gloria Pritchett (Billy), Jeremy Bagley (Stella), Karen Walker and Jade Wiederhoeft (Josh). She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
