He is survived by: his wife Pearlie Mae Allen of Milwaukee, WI; his daughters, Tyronica Litzsey (Joyce) of Pine Bluff and Victoria Litzsey of Pine Bluff; his siblings, Cleveland Allen (Barbara), Bertha McMiller of Moscow, AR, Clara of Tamo, AR and Brenda Allen of Tamo, AR; and his nephew Homer Jackson of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
