He is survived by: his wife Queen Haynes; his children, Deshunnon Scruggs (Roderick), Jermie Hill (Rashidat), Joe Ann Bell (Jerry), Clifton Hill III, Fredrick Hill (Kenya) and Timothy Hill (Terresa); and his siblings, Bobbie J. Munn, Lillian Hill and William H. Hill. He is also survived by grandchildren, (10) great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
