She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Wallace and Elvie Bailey Wallace; her daughter Lisa Rose McGee; her son-in-law Richard Michael Branscum; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Brooke Branscum and Eric Vega (Dewey "Gene" Penn).
She is survived by: her children, Gina Branscum of Burdette, Beth Penn of Gosnell, Jeri-Sue Fitzgerald (Paul) of Tucson, AZ and Mike Penn of Blytheville; her grandchildren, Rose, McKinsey Branscum of Burdette and Sydney Branscum of Burdette; her great grandchildren, Dakota Moore of Bay, Cloe Moore of Bay, Brock Moore of Bay and Melody Vega of Knoxville; and her sister-in-law Pat Penn Reed of Blytheville.
Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, the family requests all services will be private for family only and under the direction of Cobb Funeral Home.
