She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudy Blankenship and Imo Sweet Blankenship. She is survived by: her husband I. T.; her children, Walker, Jr., Sheila Westbrook of Blytheville and I. T. Walker III (Teresa) of Gosnell; her grandchildren, Katie McKellep, Bailey Walker and Madison Turner; her great grandchild Nevaeh Grace Walker; and her brother Randall Blankenship (Mary) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma..
