She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Parker and Virgie Parker (House); her children, Teresa O'Neal and Chris Woods; her grandchildren, Curt O'Neal, BJ O'Neal, Johnny O'Neal, Jody Fogle and Georgie McMurtrie; and her siblings, Sonny Pinkerton, Thelma Kersey and Brenda Campbell.

She is survived by: her children, Paula Woods and Tommy Cook; her siblings, Larry Parker and Ruby Justice; and her son-in-law Kenny Ray Cogburn. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
