She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Deadle Newton Thrash and Edna Faye Dean Thrash; her husband Max Whisenant; her daughter Shannon Faye; her son-in-law David Hale; her grandchildren, Cory Hale and Lauren Faye; her grandson-in-law Eric Parsons; and her great grandchild Amelia Faye "Millie" Parsons of Glenwood.
Due to the current COVID situation, private services will be held.
