He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Phillip Shook and Norma Jean McGowen; and his brother Steven Terrey. He is survived by: his spouse Lori Kay Summers Terrey; his children, Randy Terrey, Krista Terrey of Hot Springs, Kori Walker, Kevin Walker of Glenwood, Jennifer Green, Mark Green of Amity and Becca Beck of Glenwood; his grandchildren, Jurnee, Jaxon, Emma, Harley and Owen; and his brother Brett McGowen of California.
