Marquetta Peppers Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2023, at the age of 85, Marquetta Peppers of Glenwood, Arkansas, born in Battiest, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt Homer Perrin and Linnie Hazel Vaughn Perrin; her husband Don Peppers; her granddaughter Hope Reid; her niece Lacy Peppers Chivers; and her sister Phyllis Jean Golden.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelli; her son-in-law Tommy Gannon of Glenwood; her son Holli Peppers of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Kaci Reid, Kadi Harris (Adam), Evelyn Peppers and Gideon Peppers; her great grandchildren, Karlie Reid, Gage Reid, Brooke Reid and Kason Harris; her sister Treva; her brother-in-law Paul Peppers of White Bluff, Tennesse; her nieces and nephews, Twyla Golden, Penny Peppers, Steven Peppers, David Peppers and Rusty Chivers; and her caregivers, Lupita Zamorano and Oneyda Soto. She is also survived by married the true love of her life.
For many years, after the loss of an unborn granddaughter named "Hope" at a local Hot Springs Hospital, she and her mother made and donated heart shaped pillows with the name "Hope" embroidered on them, so that all the mothers who lost a baby would not go home with empty arms.
