She was predeceased by: her parents, J. T. LaFevers and Cleda LaFevers; her husband J. D. Mack; and her son Timothy "Timbo" Glen Mack (Timbo). She is survived by: her brother Mike LaFevers; her son David Mack (Becky); her grandchildren, Matthew Mack (Edna), Josh, Justin, Alex, Andrew and Kason; and her great grandchildren, Jett and Kaisley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
