She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Richard O'Neal and Lema Sue Barentine O'Neal; her husband Harold Turner; her siblings, Shelah Wister and Ricky O'Neal; and her great grandchild Briley Faith Turner.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff Turner (Beverly) of Glenwood, Nita Hughes (Pat) of Nederland, Angie Turner (D. Beckwith) and Cindy Spadoni of Glenwood; her grandchildren, Virginia (Jake), Josh (Crystal), Patrick, Katelyn, Kristen (Ben), Stephen, Alyssa (Ben), Joey, Michael, Zachary and Zoe; and her sisters, Patsy Grant of Hot Springs, Sue Seals of Glenwood and Peggy Smith of Benton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
